Trip Advisor is another resource for travellers to Queensland’s Granite Belt. The content is largely user generated – not created by the official local tourist organisation – so it is not comprehensive. This means that if you visit us and want to share your experiences, don’t forget to log onto Trip Advisor and tell where you stayed or what you did during your short break.

Trip Advisor also has information on flights, though we have to say that most people arrive by road. There are several tour operators that will collect a group, and there is a regular passenger service operated by Crisps Coaches Brisbane’s Roma Street station. Alternatively the nearest regular passenger flights come into metropolitan airports at Brisbane or Coolangatta (Gold Coast) or regionally you can fly into Armidale or Lismore. But for something special you can arrive into Stanthorpe aerodrome via charter services.
